Here it is. The first post. I thought about calling our blog Why Does My Kid Eat Cat Food? because it’s a question that has boggled us for about a year now but, alas, Momjeanz won out.

I’m hoping this blog helps me achieve a few things simultaneously. First, I am always looking for new creative outlets. Second, I hope to portray how Mike and I have been able to tackle the task of becoming devoted parents while not losing ourselves in the process. Third, writing out our daily triumphs will, I hope, help me remember at the end of the day that we ARE moving and shaking even if it feels sometimes like we’re standing still. Finally, I hope this will help me chronicle our lives and stay in touch with our widespread web of friends.
